2. What is Half board?
Breakfast and lunch or either diner included. Please be aware that we do not have a restaurant on the property. Half board and full board is being offered in 3 different restaurants on 100, distance of the hotel.
3. What can I buy at Dolphin suites?
Stamps, post cards, T-shirts, caps, several wellness products of aloe vera.
4. How far is the nearest supermarket?
5 minutes by car. Dolphin Suites offers 4 times a day a free shuttle to the supermarket. It will also be possible to order groceries at the reception.
6. Are beach towels and the use of beach chairs included in the room rate?
Beach towels yes / entrance to the beach yes / beach chairs are not included. Estimate rate for beach chairs are Nafl. 5,- per chair per day.
7. Do I need to submit my credit card number through the Internet to make a reservation?
After completing the booking form, the reservations request will be answered through our reservations department. They will complete the booking with you and will ask for a credit card guarantee.
8. I do not have a credit card. Can I still reserve a room?
A payment of 50% of total amount needs to be done in advance. Please remind that additional bank costs are for your own account.
9. How long in advance can I make a reservation?
A reservations can always be made based on availability.
11. During our stay at Dolphin Suites what are the time limits for checking in and checking out?
You have access to your room from 15:00pm on the day you check in. We ask you to check out by 11.30 am at the latest.
12. Is it possible to rent a car in advance so when I reach the car is at your hotel?
This will be possible. Please announce you request while completing your reservation.
13. Is it possible to rent a car only for one day?
This could be possible depending on the car and date.
14. Is there a wellness center near dolphin suites?
Opposite of Dolphin Suites you find Body beach. They offer fitness facilities and an assortment of massages. We can also arrange someone coming to the hotel for massages, manicure and pedicure.
15. Does your hotel have minimum age requirements?
Persons below the age need to be accompanied by adults.
16. Can babysit service be arranged?
Yes, on request we have 2 professional trained persons available to babysit. They are able to speak English, German and Dutch.
