About your stay

  • Is there a safe in the hotel room?

    Yes, there is a safe available at your disposal in your room or suite.

  • Is there (free) WIFI available in the hotel?

    Yes, there is free WIFI throughout the hotel.

  • What do I have to do to change or cancel my reservation?

    Contact your travel organizer or contact us.

  • Which payment options are accepted?

    VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro and cash (NAF & $).

    COVID-19 measure do not allow payments in cash currently.

  • What kind of outlets do you have in the rooms?

    We have European sockets (220V) in our standard rooms. In our suites and studio, there’s also 1 American socket (110V).

  • Is the hotel centrally located?

    The hotel is in a very central location. The hotel is 500 meters away from Mambo Beach. Willemstad is 6 km away, Jan Thiel 9 km away and the Sea Aquarium is only 170 meters away.

  • Is there a towel service?

    You can pick up fresh towels for the beach/ pool every day at the reception. In the rooms, you can drop the bathtowels on the floor if you want them to be replaced and just hang them if you want to use them for another day.

  • Is there a hair dryer / toaster available?

    Both can be borrowed at the hotel reception.

  • Does the hotel have a private parking space and what are the costs?

    The hotel has its own parking space with surveillance. If you indicate the car at the hotel, you will receive a ticket (free of charge) that you can put on the dashboard. This way, you can park for free.

  • What are the opening hours of the reception?

    From 7am until 7pm. Outside these opening hours, our security guard is happy to be of service.



  • What time can I check in and at what time do I have to leave the room?

    You can check in after 3pm and you must leave the room by 11.30am at the latest. If the room remains available, you can extend your stay in the room against a late check-out fee of $50. Please enquire at our reception the availability.

  • Can I store my luggage for checking in or after checking out?

    Yes, we have a free luggage room that can be locked and where your suitcases can be safely stored.

  • What are the costs of an extra bed in the room?

    The costs are $25 per night. We are happy to make the sofa bed for you. This is only possible in one of our suites, the studio and the suite/room with the connecting door.

  • Are pets allowed in the hotel?

    Pets are not allowed. However, if requested to bring a guide dog for our disabled guests, we are open to discuss the possibilities.

  • Does Dolphin Suites & Wellness work with influencers?

    Yes, we have already collaborated several times with content creators, bloggers, vloggers, photographers and creative entrepreneurs to show our unique hotel concept to a wider audience.

  • Is care also provided?

    In cooperation with the home care organization Carin Cares, we organize professional care for our guests. Carin Cares works with a team of highly educated and experienced carers in both home care and nursing.

  • What assistive equipment can you organize?

  • Can I also reserve the dolphin therapy program through Dolphin Suites?

    No, at Dolphin Suites you can only organize your stay and of excursions, rental care and special requests for your accommodation. The dolphin assisted therapy program can be reserved at the Curacao Dolphin Therapy & Research Center (CDTC).

  • Do you also provide tour information?

    Our reception services include as well an educated and experienced tour desk. Please let our staff tell you all about the things to do on our beautiful Island. We are happy to book your excursion or rent a car for you.

About Curaçao

  • Can I book a flight with you?

    No, at Dolphin Suites you can only book an accommodation directly and any additional requests, such as breakfast, excursions, wellness, car rental, medical aid products, care and any other special requests to optimize your stay with us. If you want to book a package holiday including flight, we refer you to your travel agency or a tour operator. In the Netherlands we work closely together with a personal travel agent, Monique te Boekhort, who will be happy to assist you in organizing your flight and stay. Monique is also a specialist in organizing the journey for people with special needs.
